Action 1-- Authentication of Records

For Educational files, The papers must initially be attested by the Education and learning Department/ Human Resource Growth (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Region. The verification must be performed with the name and designation seal along with the seal of the Division.

For Non-Educational documents, Residence Department or General Administration Department (GAD) of the providing State Government/Union Territory is the designated authorities to carry out the key attestation. The attestation has to be made with the name and classification seal along with the seal of the Department.

Industrial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chambers of Commerce. The stamp of the corresponding Chamber of Commerce have to be fastened on each file along with the name & designation of accredited signatory.
