For Educational papers, The documents must first be proven by the Education Division/ Human Resource Growth (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Territory. The verification needs to be done with the name and also designation seal along with the seal of the Division.

For Non-Educational papers, Home Division or General Management Department (GAD) of the releasing State Government/Union Area is the designated authorities to undertake the main attestation.
