Ministry of External Matters (MEA) is the special authority to issue Apostille Stamp Sticker label to the documents provided in India. The Ministry of External Matters outsourced its Apostille/Attestation services from March 1, 2012. After outsourcing of collection as well as distribution of papers by MEA, no records for apostille are accepted by MEA directly. The initial record is to be sent directly to the outsourced agencies along with a xerox of the record and also a photocopy of the Ticket of the candidate for Apostille India. Superb Enterprises Pvt. Just original papers appropriately validated by the assigned authorities of the State Governments and also provided Indian Apostille stamp by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Apostille is done on the reverse side of the initial file by fastening a special sticker label with unique number. The applicants require to send the following documents/fees as accepted by MEA

Apostille Procedure:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from relevant State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certificate Attestation treatment is needed when a person need legalisation of his paper to be used in a member country of Hague Convention. The procedure of Apostille of certifications from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of Government of India can be done on all Indian Certifications.

Action 1-- Authentication of Records
All initial documents/copies needing Apostille/attestation from MEA should be first verified by the designated authorities of the State/Union Area from where the record is released.

For Educational papers, The files ought to first be testified by the Education Department/ Human Resource Growth (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Territory. The authentication must be performed with the name and classification seal as well as the seal of the Department.

For Non-Educational documents, House Division or General Management Department (GAD) of the issuing State Government/Union Region is the assigned authorities to embark on the key attestation. The attestation has to be made with the name and also designation seal in addition to the seal of the Division.

Industrial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chambers of Commerce. The rubber stamp of the corresponding Chamber of Commerce need to be attached on each document together with the name & classification of authorized notary.

Action 2-- Apostille of Files
The Ministry of External Matters (MEA) after that, legalizes/Apostille the papers on the basis of the signature of the assigned authorities of the State Government/Union Territory/Chambers of Business as well as attaches Apostille Sticker on the opposite of the Original documents.
