Apostille Procedure:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from appropriate State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certificate Attestation treatment is required when an individual need legalisation of his file to be utilized in a participant country of Hague Convention. The process of Apostille of certificates from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of Government of India can be done on all Indian Certifications.

Action 1-- Authentication of Documents
All original documents/copies requiring Apostille/attestation from MEA should be first verified by the designated authorities of the State/Union Region where the paper is released.

For Educational documents, The documents need to initially be proven by the Education Division/ Human Resource Growth (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Region. The authentication has to be done with the name and also designation seal as well as the seal of the Division.

For Non-Educational documents, Home Department or General Management Division (GAD) of the providing State Government/Union Territory is the designated authorities to embark on the primary attestation. The attestation has to be finished with the name as well as classification seal as well as the seal of the Division.

Commercial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chambers of Commerce. The stamp of the corresponding Chamber of Business have to be attached on each record in addition to the name & designation of licensed signature.
