Just initial documents appropriately verified by the designated authorities of the State Governments and released Indian Apostille stamp by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Apostille is done on the reverse side of the original paper by attaching a special sticker with serial number. The candidates need to send the adhering to documents/fees as approved by MEA

Apostille Procedure:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from relevant State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certification Attestation procedure is required when an individual requirement legalisation of his file to be utilized in a participant country of Hague Convention. The process of Apostille of certifications from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of Federal government of India can be done on all Indian Certifications.

Action 1-- Authentication of Files
All original documents/copies needing Apostille/attestation from MEA have to be first confirmed by the designated authorities of the State/Union Region from where the document is issued.

For Educational records, The files need to first be attested by the Education Division/ Personnel Advancement (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Area. The authentication has to be finished with the name and also designation seal in addition to the seal of the Division.

For Non-Educational files, House Department or General Management Department (GAD) of the releasing State Government/Union Territory is the assigned authorities to undertake the key attestation. The attestation needs to be done with the name as well as classification seal as well as the seal of the Division.

Business DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chambers of Commerce. The rubber stamp of the corresponding Chamber of Business need to be affixed on each record along with the name & designation of accredited signatory.

Action 2-- Apostille of Papers
