In acknowledgment of our quality of services, the Ministry has, (after satisfactory completion of earlier contract from March 2012 to 31st December, 2018) once again empanelled our company, Superb Enterprises Private Limited, with result from 1st January, 2019, as an authorized provider of MEA for collection of the documents for additional treatment of attestation by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and to provide the exact same attested records to the individuals/applicants.
Just initial documents properly confirmed by the marked authorities of the State Governments as well as provided Indian Apostille stamp by the Ministry of External Matters (MEA). Apostille is done on the reverse side of the initial record by affixing a special sticker with serial number. The applicants need to submit the following documents/fees as approved by MEA

Apostille Procedure:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from relevant State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certification Attestation treatment is required when a person need legalisation of his record to be used in a participant nation of Hague Convention. The process of Apostille of certificates from Ministry of External Matters (MEA) of Federal government of India can be done on all Indian Certificates.

Action 1-- Verification of Records
All original documents/copies calling for Apostille/attestation from MEA need to be first verified by the designated authorities of the State/Union Territory from where the paper is released.

For Educational papers, The papers should first be confirmed by the Education Department/ Personnel Advancement (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Region. The verification has to be made with the name as well as classification seal as well as the seal of the Department.

For Non-Educational files, House Division or General Management Department (GAD) of the providing State Government/Union Region is the marked authorities to embark on the primary attestation. The attestation has to be performed with the name and also classification seal in addition to the seal of the Division.

Commercial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the particular Chambers of Business. The rubber stamp of the corresponding Chamber of Business need to be attached on each document along with the name & designation of accredited signatory.

Step 2-- Apostille of Records
The Ministry of External Matters (MEA) afterwards, legalizes/Apostille the records on the basis of the signature of the designated authorities of the State Government/Union Territory/Chambers of Commerce and attaches Apostille Sticker label on the reverse of the Original records.
