Just original documents appropriately authenticated by the designated authorities of the State Governments and released Indian Apostille stamp by the Ministry of External Matters (MEA). Apostille is done on the reverse side of the initial paper by affixing a special sticker label with serial number. The candidates require to send the complying with documents/fees as authorized by MEA

Apostille Procedure:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from appropriate State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certificate Attestation treatment is needed when an individual need legalization of his record to be utilized in a member country of Hague Convention. The process of Apostille of certifications from Ministry of External Matters (MEA) of Federal government of India can be done on all Indian Certifications.

Step 1-- Verification of Papers
All original documents/copies calling for Apostille/attestation from MEA must be first confirmed by the designated authorities of the State/Union Area from where the file is provided.

For Educational files, The papers must initially be testified by the Education and learning Division/ Human Resource Growth (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Region. The authentication has to be performed with the name as well as classification seal as well as the seal of the Department.

For Non-Educational records, Home Department or General Management Division (GAD) of the releasing State Government/Union Area is the designated authorities to take on the main attestation. The attestation has to be finished with the name as well as classification seal as well as the seal of the Division.

Commercial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chambers of Commerce. The rubber stamp of the respective Chamber of Commerce need to be fastened on each document along with the name & designation of accredited notary.

Step 2-- Apostille of Files
