Only initial documents appropriately authenticated by the assigned authorities of the State Federal governments and also released Indian Apostille stamp by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Apostille is done on the reverse side of the initial record by attaching an unique sticker label with unique number. The candidates need to submit the complying with documents/fees as accepted by MEA

Apostille Treatment:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from relevant State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certification Attestation procedure is needed when a person need legalisation of his file to be used in a participant nation of Hague Convention. The procedure of Apostille of certificates from Ministry of External Matters (MEA) of Government of India can be done on all Indian Certificates.

Step 1-- Authentication of Papers
All initial documents/copies requiring Apostille/attestation from MEA have to be first verified by the designated authorities of the State/Union Region from where the paper is released.

For Educational documents, The papers should first be confirmed by the Education and learning Division/ Personnel Advancement (HRD) of the worried State Government/Union Area. The verification should be performed with the name and also classification seal as well as the seal of the Department.

For Non-Educational documents, House Division or General Management Division (GAD) of the releasing State Government/Union Region is the designated authorities to undertake the main attestation. The attestation has to be made with the name as well as designation seal as well as the seal of the Division.

Commercial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the particular Chambers of Commerce. The rubber stamp of the respective Chamber of Business have to be fastened on each record in addition to the name & classification of licensed notary.

Step 2-- Apostille of Records
