For Educational records, The records should initially be testified by the Education Department/ Personnel Growth (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Region. The authentication should be done with the name and designation seal as well as the seal of the Department.

For Non-Educational documents, Home Division or General Management Department (GAD) of the issuing State Government/Union Area is the marked authorities to undertake the main attestation.
