Just original files properly verified by the assigned authorities of the State Federal governments as well as provided Indian Apostille stamp by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Apostille is done on the reverse side of the original paper by fastening a distinct sticker with serial number. The candidates need to submit the adhering to documents/fees as authorized by MEA

Apostille Treatment:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from appropriate State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certification Attestation procedure is required when an individual requirement legalization of his document to be used in a participant nation of Hague Convention. The procedure of Apostille of certificates from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of Federal government of India can be done on all Indian Certificates.

Step 1-- Verification of Records
All initial documents/copies requiring Apostille/attestation from MEA need to be first validated by the assigned authorities of the State/Union Territory where the file is issued.

For Educational papers, The records need to first be attested by the Education and learning Department/ Personnel Growth (HRD) of the worried State Government/Union Region. The authentication must be finished with the name as well as designation seal along with the seal of the Department.

For Non-Educational documents, Home Department or General Management Division (GAD) of the providing State Government/Union Territory is the marked authorities to take on the main attestation. The attestation must be done with the name and designation seal in addition to the seal of the Department.

Business DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chambers of Commerce. The stamp of the respective Chamber of Commerce should be attached on each paper along with the name & designation of licensed signature.

Step 2-- Apostille of Documents
